Evening and night
Nha Trang in the evening: from a beach club to a view from above
Nha Trang's evening life is concentrated on Trần Phú seafront: beach clubs right by the water, rooftop bars on high-rise hotels and one evening bus route that shows the city lit up without walking in the heat. Below are only venues with a confirmed official address; no personal rankings.
By the water
Sailing Club on the seafront is a beach club that runs from breakfast to dancing on the sand; according to its website it is open daily from 7:00 to 2:00.

Skylight on the roof of the Premier Havana is a panoramic club high up; the official website lists hours of 17:00–00:45.

Vinpearl Harbour on Hòn Tre is an evening waterfront with shows and restaurants, open since January 2024; you get there by cable car or by the night ferry.

The format changes during the evening: first dinner by the water, then music and dancing on the sand.
Sailing Club
One of the oldest venues on the seafront, at 72–74 Trần Phú. A beach restaurant by day, a music programme and dancing by the sea at night.
Open details →How the evening runs
Dinner by the water flows into a music programme towards ten in the evening — you can come just for dinner and leave before the dancing; nobody expects you to stay.
What to wear and how to get there
The dress code is usually relaxed — resort wear is fine for dinner, smart casual suits the late evening better. At night go back by app taxi rather than walking along an empty seafront.
Panoramic decks
Several seafront hotels run bars on their top floors — here the view of the bay matters more than the cocktail list.
Skylight
A rooftop club and the Lá Kitchen restaurant on the roof of the Premier Havana hotel, 38 Trần Phú. The best time is half an hour before sunset, to see the city in daylight and lit up.

The province's official tourism portal also lists Above Sky Bar on the 22nd floor of the Liberty Central hotel, Altitude Bar on the 28th floor of the Sheraton and Sky Bar and Coffee on the 24th–25th floors of the Bavico hotel at 02 Phan Bội Châu. Check opening hours and entry conditions directly with the hotel.
How to choose a deck
If a sunset over the sea is what you want, check which side of the building and which floor — not every hotel's panoramic bar faces the bay.
The island in the evening
After sunset the bay carries on over the water: the cable car runs late, and the island has its own evening programme.
Vinpearl Harbour
A waterfront quarter of restaurants and shops on Hòn Tre island next to VinWonders, opened on 26 January 2024: a market with stalls, shows and a music programme.
Open details →Getting there
The cable car from the station at the southern end of Trần Phú street goes to the island — the same way as to VinWonders during the day.
Open details →Back to the mainland
After the cable car closes, according to the provincial tourism centre, a speedboat ferry takes visitors back. Check the time of the last crossing on site — don't leave it to the last minute.
A cultural evening
Not every evening has to end in a bar — the city has a theatre alternative too.
Đó Theatre
A modern theatre in the north of the city with the resident show “Rối Mơ”, which combines water puppetry with dance and live folk music. Tickets and schedule only through the official booking system.
Open details →The evening bus
Tourist loop no. 26 with an open top runs in the evening from the Louisiane car park on Trần Phú — a way to see the seafront lit up without a long walk.
Open details →Just the seafront
An evening stroll along Trần Phú without any plan — with the cable car lights over the strait and the sea breeze — is also a perfectly good way to spend the evening.
Before you leave

Sailing Club's official website lists 7:00–2:00 daily, Skylight's 17:00–00:45. Check other venues' hours and any changes on site or with your hotel.

The cable car runs until the evening, and after it closes, according to the provincial tourism centre, a speedboat ferry operates. The schedule changes — check it when you arrive on the island.
Is there alcohol-free nightlife in Nha Trang?+
Yes: a show at the Đó Theatre, the evening open-top bus along the seafront or simply a walk by the sea are real alternatives to clubs.
